Albany International Airport

We recommend flying into Albany airport for guests that are flying in from out of town. The Sagamore Resort is approximately one hour away from the airport. For transportation between the airport and the hotel, we recommend Uber/Lyft, renting a car, or taking an airport shuttle. Please let us know if you are interested in a shuttle, we would be happy to coordinate airport shuttles for guests arriving on similar flights.

Burlington International Airport

You may also fly into Burlington, VT although this is a bit further from the Sagamore (~2 hours) and would likely require a car rental.

The wedding block is completely full at this time. However, you are able to book outside of the wedding block using the following instructions at a discounted rate. Please note, there is currently a THREE-NIGHT minimum for the wedding weekend. We will provide an update if this requirement changes as we get closer to the event. Booking instructions: Go to the hotel website and select “BOOK NOW” tab on the upper right side of the home screen. Then, select the dates that you are requesting and then click “SPECIAL CODE” and using the drop down arrow, select “PROMOTIONAL CODE”. Enter the following Promo Code: SOCIAL2022. This will bring up anything that is available for the dates requested and will note any restrictions that are applicable at this time.

Shuttles

We will be providing shuttles from Lake George Village (20 minutes south of the Sagamore) and Silver Bay (25 minutes north of the Sagamore) to the wedding venue on the wedding day. We plan to have stops at each of the suggested hotels. Please let us know when you have booked accommodations and whether you would like to be included on the pick up/drop off routes!
