Flight
Flights are not included with the hotel cost. You will be in charge of finding and booking your own flights, unless you ask our travel agent for assistance.
Shuttle

The resort is approximately 90 min drive from the airport. Travel agent will book group shuttles according to everyone's arrival schedules. After you book your flight, you will need to send the information to her. The shuttle price has not been included in your resort rate because she will be able to get us a better deal than the resort provides.
Hotel
Refer to the FAQ page for information. You will work directly with our travel agent to book your room at the resort. She has all the information for our group rates-- which will be the best deal you will find, promise! ** DO NOT BOOK THE HOTEL ON YOUR OWN!**
