AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! We only have a set amount of rooms in each category, so book early to ensure you can get the one you want. Beginning in December 2017, we have to start cutting rooms we don't need out of our contract. So if you don't book before then, you may not be able to receive our fantastic group rates.
Rooms rates are available for travel any time May 2-May 11 . You may arrive/leave whenever fits with your schedule. However, you MUST stay for a minimum of three nights.
Room Category: Junior Suite Mountain Jungle View Single: $245 per person per night Double: $170 per person per night Triple: $169 per person per night Room Category: Junior Suite Ocean View Single: $271 per person per night Double: $196 per person per night Triple: $195 per person per night ***Single means 1 person in the room paying the single rate per night listed ****Double means 2 people sharing a room and each paying the double rate per night listed ***Triple means 3 people are sharing a room and each paying the triple rate per night listed ****Children: ages 3-12 are $64 per night. Under 2 years old are free.
You will work directly with our travel agent, Lana. Send her an email at happilyevermrandmrshayes@gmail.com with any questions you have and the following information: 1) Dates of Travel 2) Number of People 3) Room Category-- there is a limited number of rooms available for each category. So be specific when you state which room you want. And book quickly to ensure that category is still available! 4) Names exactly as they appear on your passport
At the time you book your room, you will be required to pay a $100 deposit ($50 per person in a double room or $100 for a single room). *Deposits are non-refundable, so be sure to ask Lana about trip insurance options. You may make payments to Lana monthly or you may choose to make the payment in full when it is DUE, JANUARY 2018. You will receive more information on how to submit your payments when you submit your room information in the email to Lana.
No worries, we COMPLETELY understand if you can't swing it! We will be hosting a celebration reception in Greenville, SC, sometime in May or June 2018. More details will be sent later.
