To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, this event will be adults-only. We look forward to celebrating with you!
Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances, we are now unable to accommodate a shuttle service. We ask that all guests are mindful of their alcohol intake before driving home, it’s a tall mountain and we want you to get to your destination safely.
Yes! The venue has two spacious lots on-site.
Yes! Our registry can be accessed in the “Registry” section of our website.
Due to budget/space limitations, we are unable to accommodate any additional guests not listed on your invitation.
Yes! We have a hotel block available at the Fairfield Inn & Suites. Please refer to the “Travel” section on our website for additional details. There are also Airbnbs available on the mountain as well as other hotels in Morganton, and Asheville is about an hour away with additional options for your stay.
Yes! Please note on your RSVP or reach out to us with any allergies or accommodations that you may need.
Yes! We ask that you please wear Formal attire. For guests planning to dress feminine, this could be a floor length or tea-length dress, dressy jumpsuit, or cocktail dress. For guests planning to dress masculine, a suit with or without a tie is also appropriate. It may be chilly, so a coat is suggested. To stay within our earthy-inspired color scheme, please refrain from wearing any bright/bold colors such as hot pink, bright red (burgundy and maroons are okay!), and neons as well as bold patterns. Out of respect for the bride, please also steer away from white, off-white, or champagne clothing. Please no jeans!
The return address is correct! For personal reasons, we have decided to both take “Hayes” as our last name, and will be moving “Robinson” to our middle names.
Nope! During the reception, there will be a seating chart displayed for all of the tables. Since we know we have a mixing pot of guests, and to ease everyone’s anxieties, we’ll be sure to seat you with people you are comfortable and/or familiar with. Please feel free to sit where you wish during the ceremony. We’re becoming one, so don’t worry about sitting on a specific side of the aisle!
It is okay if you are a few minutes late to the ceremony because though the listed start time is 4:00pm, we are actually starting at 4:30pm. That being said, please note that the ceremony will begin PROMPTLY at 4:30pm, so if you happen to arrive after that time, you will not be able to attend and we ask that you remain in your car until cocktail hour to minimize distractions as it is an outdoor ceremony. We would still love to see you at the reception, and will give you a big hug all the same! Thank you so much for understanding!
