As her OKCupid profile once stated, Jackie is Pittsburgh girl who loves baking, movie montages, and fuzzy slippers. As the picture indicates, it's also safe to say she will seek out, buy, and eat a turkey leg whenever she encounters them (which is too infrequently, if you ask her). She's now added John to the top of her "Things (...and people) I Love" list and is so excited to spend the weekend celebrating with her family and friends as her and John tie the knot.

A man of many interests, John can be found playing board games, drinking delicious IPAs and stout beers, BBQing, watching the latest Marvel movie, or wrestling with Xena (John and Jackie's black lab mix). Over the last few years, John has also developed a taste for traveling, scuba diving, skiing, and fancy food, but his favorite activity is cuddling on the couch with Jackie. He can't wait to return to his home city of St. Louis to make their relationship official!
Elana Weisberg
Maid of Honor
Elana is Jackie's friend from high school and first spouse... on Facebook. Most notably, Jackie and Elana spent a semester abroad in Sevilla, Spain living in the small same room. From there, they went on a 3-week European backpacking trip and survived, solidifying their long-standing friendship. Continuously missing each other in moves across the country, Jackie and Elana have been able to see each other when both home in Pittsburgh and through trips around the US, the Dominican Republic, and Argentina.
Stephen Beishir
Best Man
Stephen and John's friendship extends all the way back to when they met in Boy Scouts. Their friendship continued through high school where Stephen convinced John to join the swim team. While in college they took an epic spring break road trip between Minneapolis, New York, Florida, and back to Minneapolis over 7 days.
Glenn Sherman
Bridesmaid
Glenn and Jackie just can't get away from each other (in the best way)! After meeting in high school, they both went to Tufts and joined the rugby team, rucking away the 4 years. Jackie and Glenn have finally reunited in Rhode Island where they spend time visiting beaches, going hiking, playing with Glenn's two adorable baby boys, and eating the delicious cheese Glenn makes.
Chris Thomas

John and Chris met while working at Best Buy. While not immediate friends (Geeksquad does not hang out with blue shirts) Chris's knowledge and passion of craft beers and board games finally broke the retail caste system. Chris introduced John to the The Cocktail Club, Geekway to the West (yearly board game convention), and Kentucky Derby at The Royale.
Andrea Frey
Bridesmaid
Andrea and Jackie met freshman year at Tufts University because Andrea was Glenn's roommate. A California girl at heart, Andrea returned to the West Coast after college, although the distance couldn't keep the two apart as they organized adventures in Michigan and down the Pacific Coast highway. After many years of separation, Jackie and Andrea were reunited in San Francisco while Jackie was completing her internship for a year filled with sleepovers, skiing, and other escapades.
Kaimon Mayhew
Groomsman
Kaimon and John worked at GeekSquad at Best Buy for 6 years and were roommates for a year. To distract from the horrors they encountered while fixing computers, they were on constant lookout for the best happy hour's in Saint Louis, which more often than not, ended up in shenanigans at Mike Talayna's Juke Box (RIP). Kaimon started working with John again 2 years ago, fixing computers and continue to be shocked by some of the IT Support questions.

Renee became one of Jackie's first close friends at Tufts following an impromptu breakfast date at Soundbites Cafe. With the spark ignited, Jackie and Renee remained East Coast buddies as they explored Boston together in the years following college. Now, only a short trip away in NYC, Jackie and Renee reconvene when possible in upstate New York.
Dominique Morrison

Dominique and John met in the cocktail club at Sancturia, a bar in St. Louis. While Dominique never joined the club, they saw each other often the in the 3 years it took John to drink the 150 cocktails on the list. Dominque's no nonsense attitude, appreciation for bourbon, love of Saint Patrick's Day, and obsession with Mike Talayna's made them easy friends.
Adam Culbreth

Adam and Jackie met in the Clinical Psychology PhD program at Washington University in St. Louis. In their second year, after Adam received a BBQ smoker as a gift, the two planned a BBQ and IPA tasting party. Fortuitously, Jackie had a first date with a man who knew a lot about BBQ two nights prior... John! The rest is history as Adam and John spent the next 4 years BBQing up a storm for Jackie and their other St. Louis friends, even entering (and winning!) amateur BBQ competitions.
