Amtrak has daily trips that run a route between St. Louis and Kansas City with stops in Washington, MO (15-20 min east of the venue) and Hermann, MO (15-20 min west of the venue). A nice option if you are looking to avoid a car, although a taxi or ride share would likely be needed from the airport to the train station and from Washington, MO to Cedar Creek.
