We’re so excited to spend an extended weekend with you in Newport and the surrounding area — a place that means so much to us — and can’t wait to share it with our favorite people.
We’ll be securing hotel room blocks, but as it’s a busy time of year, we encourage you to book early and allow extra travel time. Wedding day transportation will be provided, with accommodation details updated soon and pickup schedules shared closer to the celebration.

We’ve reserved a room block for our guests under the Carlson–Hayes name. Please use the booking link or call the hotel to reserve your room. A shuttle will be available on the day of the wedding to bring guests to and from the venue.
