When should I book accommodations?

We recommend booking accommodations as soon as possible! Especially since it is Labor Day weekend, lots of people will be traveling to the islands.

Will there be transportation day of the wedding?

Answer

There will be free transportation the day of the wedding on the Jolly Trolly! It will take guests from Downtown Friday Harbor to the venue before the ceremony starts and back to town as the evening winds down. Look out for more details to come if you are interested in taking the jolly trolly!

We are serving food intentionally to accommodate all diets with gluten free and vegan options included.

Due to capacity constraints, we can only accommodate those formally invited on your invitation.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

September is usually very nice in Washington! There is sun but it's not too hot. The San Juan Islands get less rain than Seattle because they are part of the rain shadow that is protected by Vancouver Island. Expect highs around 70 and lows around 50.

Where is this place?

San Juan Island is the largest island in a chain of islands, collectively referred to as the San Juan Islands. They are in the north Puget Sound, near Canada and the waterway out to the Pacific Ocean. It's really beautiful & we can't wait for you to experience it too.
