FAQs

If you have any questions that have not been answered below please feel free to reach out!
Question

When do I need to rsvp?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than April 30, 2026 as we need to provide our venue and caterer with a final head count by this date. To do so, please mail back your RSVP card included in your invitation or on our website through the RSVP tab! If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend and there will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We would love to see everyone at our wedding. Unfortunately, due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP section of the website.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! We are requesting semi-formal to formal attire for the evening. For men, this means button down shirts and dress pants with a tie or bow-tie. Jackets/full suits are not required but highly encouraged. For women, this means tea length, ankle length, or floor length dresses, or a fancier floor length jumpsuit. Please reference the attire inspiration on the Dress Code page. Please do not wear jeans!

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

We love children and are so happy to celebrate with the little ones who are included on your invitation. While we wish we could extend the invitation to all our guests' children, we are keeping the celebration more intimate and are only able to accommodate those specifically listed on your invitation.

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony begins so that everyone has time to park, find their seat, and settle in before we say "I do." The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 pm.

Question

What kind of food will be served?

Answer

Dinner will be plated! We will have a chicken and a beef option listed on your invitation. Please be sure to indicate which option you would like when you RSVP using your initials as there will be limited quantities of each dish based on RSVPs. There will also be hors d'oeuvres available during the cocktail hour and a late night snack during the dance. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know when you RSVP. Both options will be gluten-free.

Question

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will be having a full open bar during the cocktail hour and reception. The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you! Please drink responsibly and follow venue guidelines.

Question

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes! There will be parking at both the church and at the reception venue. There will be a shuttle service for the reception but not for the ceremony so please plan accordingly. The shuttle will operate from all of our hotels from 4:00p-6:00p to bring people to the Holmes Theatre and from 7:00p to midnight to bring people back to the hotels.

Question

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so that we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending," but find that you will not make it, you are able to edit your RSVP submission on the RSVP tab. Please do so as soon as you become aware so that we can plan accordingly.
