We lived in the same out-of-district neighborhood and were close throughout high school (whose house? Rouse house). From adventuring to the FFA barn with her and Taylor, to late night Whataburger drives, Mace will always be one of the highlights of my time in Leander. (Her fur-baby, Eero, is also the best nephew I could ask for.) Despite her Aggie tendencies, this blondie is one of my closest sisters and has been my go-to for over half a decade!

Taylor and I met early in high school at Rouse, and got the closest during junior and senior years. You could regularly find us bribing the parking attendant with Whataburger taquitos and coffee during Pre-Ap Physics and AP Biology to leave and get breakfast or lunch for us, Macy, and the teachers. The three of us then shared a semester in Floral Design to avoid taking Intro to Art as seniors. Despite her migration to Aggie-land, this burnt orange and maroon friendship stayed strong!

Kelly and I met back in 6th grade at Holy Family Catholic School, and have been sisters ever since. After 8th grade graduation, we went our separate ways: she went on to St. Dominic Savio Catholic High School, and then John Hopkins University, while I went to Rouse High School and then UT Austin. But that's the best thing of having a soul-mate in a best friend: it doesn't matter how long you spend apart, it's easy to pick up right where we left off every time we see each other. She also is a rockstar Navy girlfriend and we have been life preservers for each other when things get stressful.

Haley and I met when she was one of my "Counselors in Training" campers (2016) and then closest co-counselor (2017) at SeaWorld San Antonio. Even though she is also an Aggie (how three-fifths of my bridal party happened to be my collegiate arch rivals, I have no idea), she became one of my closest friends through Friday nights at Wild West San Antonio, 27 hours in a pool for lifeguard training, and synchronized dancing!

Hartlie and I first met in October, 2017, right after OU Weekend when Hayden brought me to his little brother, Layton's, baseball game in Arlington. Now, she isn't only Hayden's little sister, but she's a close friend, as well. Growing up, I always knew I wanted a little sister; little did I know that I would get a damn great one now when I fell in love with her big brother?!
