What sort of transportation will be provided?

Answer

The only provided transportation will be a shuttle running from the Holiday Inn Hotel in Littleton to the wedding venue on Sunday afternoon. The shuttle leaves at 3pm to head over to the venue. The shuttle will bring guests from the venue back to the hotel at 7:30pm and 9pm. Parking is available at the venue!

Is this event indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors while the reception will be indoors. It can get chilly in the mountains at night -please wear a warm shawl, sweater or jacket for the outside portion of the event. Blankets will be available for guests during the ceremony.

If you have a question about your personal +1 status, feel free to text me at (757)373-4374. Generally, we're welcoming serious partners; please do not just find a date from the internet as the kids are sometimes wont to do.

There is an open bar at the Welcome Dinner as well as at the Wedding.

Taco bar - pulled pork and chicken served with corn and flour tortillas, pico de gallo, salsa roja, shredded cheddar, sour cream, lettuce, rice and refried beans Vegan meals available upon request :)

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress code for the welcome dinner is casual (ladies think more casual dresses, separates, pants + blouses; men think dress pants, jeans or khakis paired and collared shirt) Attire: Semi-formal - ladies think dresses/dressy skirt and top, pantsuits; men think dress shirt/button-down and dress pants or suit if you'd like!

What time does the reception end? Is there an after party?

Answer

The reception will end at 9pm. For those still wanting to party, we will move into an on-site cabin :) There will not be transportation for guests wanting to stay and party after 9pm.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

There is a short walk to the ceremony site from the parking lot. We recommend you arrive by 3:45pm to find your seats.

What should I know about the altitude?

Answer

Our venue is at approximately 8,000 ft - please stay hydrated and be mindful about your alcohol consumption (I know, I know). If you can arrive a couple days in advance to acclimate, that helps!
