Getting Around NYC

While we would be perfectly content spending our entire lives on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, we understand that many of you will want to get around the city. Yellow taxis, Uber/Lyft, and the NYC Transportation System are the best ways to go about this.

Shuttle

Shuttle Service to the Boathouse

Whether by car or by foot, enter the park at 5th Avenue and 72nd Street and follow the traffic road to the right. It is a very pleasant walk and should take between three and six minutes. The Boathouse provides a shuttle service at approximately 15 minute intervals to take guests to and from 5th Avenue and The Boathouse. It will stop at the corner of 72nd Street and at 80th Street near the Metropolitan Museum’s garage. Look for the trolley or a van with The Boathouse’s name in the window.
