What's the deal with COVID-19?

Answer

There are no restrictions for Americans entering Mexico. No negative test required, and no vaccine card required, although it might be a good idea to bring a copy of your vaccine card as things could change last minute. To re-enter the US, you will need a negative COVID test (antigen or PCR) taken within 1 day of departure. Iberostar offers on-site testing for a $35 fee. Local pharmacies in Playa del Carmen, Cancun and the Cancun airport also offer testing for a fee. You can schedule the test at the front lobby upon arrival at Iberostar.

What is the cancellation policy at Iberostar?

Answer

Cancellation without penalty if reservation is cancelled 25 days prior to check-in. Iberostar will apply three (03) night penalty for late cancellation received 24 days before arrival or less

What is the weather like in Mexico in December?

Answer

Sunny and warm! The average temperature in December is about 72-80 degrees Fahrenheit. There is always a chance of showers which we are taking into consideration for our wedding day as well.

What does All-Inclusive really mean?

Answer

It really means everything is included! Your meals, drinks, and alcoholic beverages are included for the duration of your stay at Iberostar. Tipping on the resort is recommended but not expected.
