HOW DO I RSVP?

Answer

In order to RSVP, your name has to be on our guest list. If you did not directly receive an invitation, you will not be able to RSVP. If you received an invitation, please navigate to the RSVP tab to RSVP to the wedding/reception. If you have been granted a plus one, please note that only the person(s) listed under your name in your RSVP file is eligible to be your plus one(s).

WHEN IS THE WEDDING CEREMONY & RECEPTION RSVP DEADLINE?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony and reception RSVP deadline is May 1, 2024. **Please note that RSVP is required. If you do not RSVP by the deadline, you will not be accounted for on the guest list.**

WHAT IF I'M HAVING TROUBLE SUBMITTING MY RSVP?

WHY AM I NOT ABLE TO RSVP FOR MY SPOUSE, SIGNIFICANT OTHER, ETC.?

Answer

Not every invitation is coupled with a plus one. If you are only able to RSVP for yourself, it is likely your RSVP file does not include a plus one. If you have further questions, please contact our wedding planner at: info4thestevensonwedding@gmail.com

WHAT IF I AND/OR MY PLUS ONE DID NOT RSVP?

Answer

The ceremony and reception seating will be reserved only for those who RSVP by the deadline. If you arrive to the wedding without RSVP, seating, meal and beverages cannot be guaranteed. There will be a seating chart for the reception. If you were not able to RSVP prior to the deadline, please contact our wedding planner: info4thestevensonwedding@gmail.com

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

We would love to invite the world to our wedding, but unfortunately we are sticking to a strict guest list! Therefore, all guests, including plus ones, must be included in the initial RSVP.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN'T ATTEND THE WEDDING?

Answer

We will miss your presence! If you cannot attend the wedding, **please update your RSVP to reflect that you will not be attending** so that we are able to plan accordingly!

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO THE WEDDING?

Answer

Black-Tie Optional: Tuxes and gowns are preferred, but not required. Suits and semi-formal dresses are acceptable. No sundresses, jeans or t-shirts.

WHERE ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION TAKING PLACE?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Citadel Houston. You can find the wedding venue address on your physical invitation or you can navigate to the "Important Details" Tab on our wedding website.

WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

The wedding and reception will be held indoors.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Immediately following the ceremony, guests will be directed to the area designated for cocktail hour. Drinks and appetizers will be served to guests during cocktail hour.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

Awesome question! The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 5:oo p.m. Guest seating will begin at 4:30 p.m. and conclude at 4:55 p.m.

IS PARKING FREE?

Answer

Yes, parking is complementary for all guests. Valet parking will begin at 4:30 PM

WILL FOOD AND DRINKS BE SERVED AT THE RECEPTION?

Answer

Yes! The reception will consist of a 2-course plated dinner and beverages (alcoholic and non alcoholic).

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

We absolutely love the kids, but unless the child(ren) are included on the initial RSVP, this will be a predominantly adult wedding. Alcohol will be served and we want our guests to relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you for making arrangements ahead of time for childcare, as these services will not be provided at the venue.

CAN I TAKE AND POST PICTURES OF THE WEDDING ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

Answer

The only part of the day that we request for no photos/videos to be taken is during the ceremony. This will ensure that our photographer/videographer can obtain quality footage without cell phones in sight. Other than that, yes! We'd love for you to flood those socials. Our only request is that you use our wedding hashtag #BelieveInStevenson so that we can enjoy your pictures and videos later!

WHERE IS THE COUPLE REGISTERED?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the best gift. However, for those who wish to bless the couple, we are requesting the monetary gift listed in our registry. Feel free to donate whatever you'd like to our honeymoon fund. ARE THERE HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS?

Answer

Yes! We have blocked rooms that will be extended on a first come first serve basis. If you are interested, head on over to our "Hotel Accommodations" tab.
