WEDDING SHUTTLE

September 5, 2021 4:00 pm - 10:30 pm

We will be having shuttles that pick up at our hotel blocks in Providence that will take guests to and from the wedding in Bristol. You do not have to be staying at the hotels to take the shuttle to the venue! Schedule as follows: 4:15pm - The Graduate (Biltmore) & Hilton Providence 4:25pm - Hilton Garden Inn The shuttles will leave the venue at around 10:15/10:30pm!

Flight

Theodore Francis Green Memorial State Airport

This is the airport that flies into Providence, Rhode Island. If you're staying in Bristol or Newport, you will either need a rental car or use Uber/Lyft to get here. If you are staying in Providence, you can take the Amtrak to downtown Providence or uber/rental. The Biltmore Hotel provides a shuttle service from the airport/hotel if you call in advance for pick up.

Flight

Boston Logan International Airport

Another choice for flights is through Boston, typically you can get non-stop flights to Boston, and you are able to take the train from Boston into Providence, RI. (About a 45 minute train ride). If you are flying into Boston - take the free shuttle from the airport to "South Station" (about 15 minute shuttle) and take the train to the "Providence Station" - this will take you directly downtown. You can take the Amtrak or the MBTA train. Get tickets in advance! By rental car - 1 hour and 15 minute drive to Providence, RI.

One of the three blocks we have in Providence. This hotel, formerly known as "The Biltmore" is located in downtown Providence, across from where we live! Hilton Garden Inn Providence

One of the three blocks we have in Providence for the weekend. This hotel is located right next to one of our favorite parks to enjoy some wine, sunset, and a lobster roll (a great location if you have kids, they can go run around at the park)! This hotel is located right outside of downtown Providence (10 minute walk to downtown) and a 5 minute walk to the ferry that can take you to Bristol and Newport. One of our wedding blocks if you are wanting to stay closer to Newport. Newport is an amazing spot if you want to enjoy sailing, see crazy expensive yachts, and enjoy the beautiful mansions on the Cliff Walk. Newport is accessible to Bristol and Providence by Ferry.
