Maid of Honor
I have been lucky these 8 years to experience Nina's joy, wit, compassion, and friendship. We've been on many adventures: hiking, camping, roommates, Giant's games, scavenger hunts, late night taco bell runs... I could go on. We also share our love of fractured fairy tales and I'm so glad Nina will be there to help complete my very own fairy tale. "Today my maid of honor, forever my sister."
Best Man
Sieg and I graduated college together and somehow (miraculously) work in the same engineering unit as partners. Siegfried might mean Victory in German, but it might as well mean loyalty, honorable, and hard working too. Sieg has taught me the value of nurturing friendships and fighting for things that are worth it. Too many stories and jokes to tell - Skydiving, Vegas, Happy Hours, it goes on...
Bridesmaid
We are so blessed to have a friend like Paige; she's honest, hilarious, and dependable! No matter how long since our last visit, we can pick up and talk for hours like there was no time in between. Paige is always up for an adventure as evidenced by our photos of climbing a mountain, Cirque, Comedy fests, and 30th birthday shenanigans! If our guys ever run off together, you still got me, girl!
Best Man
Jason is my oldest and most personal best friend. We survived high school, Hollywood Video, and the early scariness of finding ourselves on the road to adulthood. I never would've been able to survive my awkward teenager phase without his help and he continues to give me advice till this day. I can't imagine being who I am today without him. Thank you hetero-life mate. Ask him about Brown Club!
Bridesmaid
Nikki is my "school other half". 3 years ago we decided to try team teaching and we've loved it and stuck with it ever since! After many lunch dates and shopping sprees, we trained for and ran a half marathon together! Nothing bonds you quite like a grueling death jog for 13.1 miles, but we made it! Go Team Sporty! Deo and I both adore Nikki and we're so happy she can be part of our big day!
Groomsman
Lori: What can I say about my brother! He is the sweetest and most thoughtful brother a girl could have! Just so you get an idea, when we were kids, it was HIS birthday. My grandma took him out to lunch and he asked her if she could buy me a cheesecake slice to bring back home to me because it's my favorite. Of course, we couldn't imagine celebrating our big day without him!
Bridesmaid
Sarah and I started working at Independent Elementary the same year, and it was clear that we were rocking our teaching jobs. We bonded over our shared love of the San Francisco Giants and have since gone on numerous coffee runs, lunches, Giant's games, BBQs, and I was even honored by participating in her wedding as MOH! Deo and I are so blessed to have Sarah as part of our wedding party!
Groomsman
James, Sieg, & I are part of a group called the Tres Burritos. Through our many outings, I've known James to be a brilliant design engineer, dependable confidant, and adamant practitioner of eating healthy and exercise. Unfortunately, he's a Dodgers fan and he steals my burritos when I'm sleeping. But through all the vacation trips and HH's I've grown to trust this steely bro wholeheartedly.
