Cocktail attire, but...destination style! Mérida is HOT. We want you to look great and also be comfortable in the heat. Ties and jackets are optional; Dresses/skirts/etc. of all lengths or styles are welcome.
Hot, and likely humid. January averages are 85°F as a high ad 65°F as a low.
Mérida has an airport! Manuel Crescencio Rejón International Airport (MID) is located right in Mérida. While most cities do not have direct flights, most airlines have layovers in Miami, Houston, or Mexico City.
UPDATE: We are now able to accommodate babies under 1. If you do decide to bring your <1 year old, they will need to sit on your lap for the ceremony and dinner, as we will not have enough seating for them to have their own. While we love ALL your little ones, we ask for your understanding in us not being able to accommodate children older that 1. We know some of you may be planning family vacations around this event, and we love that! Children are more than welcome to attend the additional events we plan, we are just unable to accommodate them at the wedding itself. We appreciate your understanding!
We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guest list to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend will be listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated. We appreciate your understanding!
Yes! We will be providing transportation from Mérida to the ceremony and back. We will have a central meeting spot for the transportation to pick everyone up and will update you on timing as it becomes available.
All events are planned to be outdoors.
Possibly! Please let us know if you want or need assistance, and we can put you in contact with our wedding planner.
