Marisa Haldorson

Maid of Honor

Marisa and I met back in 2009, freshman year at CU. On move-in day, Marisa was unsure if the tiny little girl across the hall was someone's sibling or a super smart high schooler. A few days later, Marisa and her roommate, Maggie, invited me to lunch and we have been best friends ever since! We have spent countless hours laughing, going on adventures, and rooting for the Buffs. Marisa played an important part in getting Ryan and I to hang out together after we met. At one point, Marisa said that Ryan and I would be perfect for each other and that we would be the cutest little golfing couple ever, and she was right! She was the one who I always talked to about Ryan and convinced me to go for it, and now the rest is history. I could not imagine having any one else be my Maid of Honor.

Wilkins Dismuke

Best Man

The man, the myth, the spillkins. Wilkins and I have been best friends since I moved to Colorado from California. We met at the Lone Tree Golf Club, terrorizing the driving range each day during the summer. From there our friendship grew to great heights and for the greater part of middle school and high school life we were inseparable. So much so, I became an honorary son to the Dismuke family and whether his parents, Mark and Amy, were happy about that may have been a different story. Wilkins is as loyal as they come, goofier than anyone I've ever met, and always been the person that would do ridiculously spontaneous things that we may or may not regret. To my wingman and best friend I wouldn't want anybody else as my Best Man.

Maggie Still

Bridesmaid

Maggie and I also met at CU in 2009 when she moved in with Marisa across the hall. Maggie was also unsure if I was another sibling of their new roommate or just an extremely smart teenager, but it didn't take long for the three of us to become the best of friends. There isn't a memory of us where we are not constantly laughing or having a good time, especially when sports and food are involved. After college, Maggie fulfilled her dream of working for big college football teams and moved from Colorado to Nebraska, to Oklahoma and eventually back to Colorado. Even though we lived a part for some time, whenever we met back up, we never missed a beat. I am so incredibly happy she has moved back to Colorado for good & that she can be close as I plan my wedding and eventually stand by my side.

Dane Pettegrew

Groomsman and Brother of the Groom

Dane Austin Pettegrew, Mr. Airman. For those that know Dane know that he has become an unbelievably remarkable person. This guy with no warning to anyone, joined the Air Force and is currently serving his county stationed at Hurlburt Field. For that, I couldn't be more proud of Dane. As many of you know, Dane and I are 5 years apart, and some will say he is my younger brother, but Dane is someone who I look up to the most. He is the most generous, kind hearted person I've ever met. Throughout his high school years I wasn't able to see Dane as much as I wanted with inevitably going to CSU, but this past year has blessed us with so many awesome memories, with the highlight being his graduation from bootcamp. Dane is my hero and I can't wait for him to be up at the alter with me.

Jacki Altman

Bridesmaid

Jacki and I also met back in 2009, initially through our dorm and then we became roommates at our sorority. Our friendship has always been unique and special from the start. Jacki and I clicked once we realized we had a mutual love for Titanic, everything Leonardo DiCaprio, Celine Dion, Madonna, Disney movies, E.T., The Goonies, and countless other oldies. I could always count on Jacki to be there for me, be my study buddy, midnight Wendy's run buddy, a source of laughter and that person who will just stay in and watch movies all weekend. Since college, she has been living in Miami and I miss her so much, but every time we talk or see each other, we pick up right where we left off. I am truly so happy that she said yes to being one of my bridesmaids!

Austin Haldorson

Groomsman

The man they call Haldie! Austin and I became great friends towards the end of high school when he'd make short jokes and I'd make jokes about how he can't fit under the door frame of every classroom. Austin sticks out in a crowd for obvious reasons, but also because he is the life of the party. Throughout our entire friendship whether we are playing golf or being hooligans around town there is never a dull moment with this crazy dude. Some of the fondest memories I have with Austin remind me to never take life too serious and that there is always room for another bud light. You wont meet anybody else who is as loyal of a friend that will make you laugh as hard at something that shouldn't even be funny, and I can't wait to have him up there lightening the mood on our special day.

Lindsay Strait

Bridesmaid

Lindsay and I also met in 2009 at CU, through our sorority. When it came time to pick rooms for our Sophomore year, Lindsay asked Jacki and I if we wanted to room with her, as she had a lot of points and told us we could have the best room in the whole house. It the best decision ever. From late night laughs, hiding random things in our beds, and living together throughout the rest of college was the best. Lindsay fulfilled her dream of living in a big city and moved to NYC shortly after college. Even though we live far away, we never miss a beat when we see each other and continue to go to Broncos games when she is back in Colorado. I am so incredibly happy that Lindsay will be standing by my side on my wedding day.

Tony Audino

Groomsman

The infamous TON MAN. Tony and I also became great friends towards the end of high school. Tony first went to Colorado Mesa University to play baseball for his first two years of college and I, selfishly, got him to transfer to CSU for the latter part of college where we only studied and never went out. Tony and I spend our summers playing way too much golf and when we're not doing that we're probably watching some sort of sports game, that he may or may not have bet on. Tony has always been the guy to shoot it to me straight, always making sure my week is going well, and truly been a genuinely great friend. From college, to trips to Arizona, we've had so many great memories together and I can't wait to have him by my side to add another great memory to that list.

Kelsey Arnold

Bridesmaid

Kelsey and I also met at CU, my sophomore year in the sorority. Kelsey and I were paired together for an activity and we found out that our favorite animal was little pink piggies, and from that point we became great friends! In addition to being my peanut-size friend, Kelsey is also my favorite little golfing buddy, who introduced me to magical gnomes, who take your ball out of the rough and kick it back in the fairway (according to Kelsey, this is the only correct way to have fun while golfing). Kelsey and I spent countless hours at the golf course together during the summers, both playing golf & serving alcoholic beverages. Kelsey is one of the smartest and sweetest people I know. I cannot wait to celebrate these next months and have her by my side at my wedding!

Austin Vahling

Groomsman

Austin "Talls" Vahling, the other Austin that makes me look like borderline midget. Funny enough Austin was the one guy I knew before I moved to CO because he grew up a few doors down from my awesome Aunt Pam. We were around each other a lot for this obvious reason and then I think Austin actually started to like me. Fast forward to high school Austin and I became extremely close and eventually went to CSU together. We were roommates our senior year where we mastered the art of golfing on a budget and procrastination studying. Austin can take full credit for Ally and I because he is the one who got me hired at Lone Tree GC where we first hit it off. Austin is as loyal and generous as they come, and I am so excited to have my brother from another mother up there with me.

Chloe Barth

Bridesmaid

Chloe and I also met through the sorority at CU. Chloe was a new member and Kelsey, Jacki, Lindsay and myself gravitated to Chloe's warm, funny and sweet personality. Both Chloe and I have a deep love for the TV show Friends, to the point where we can quiz each other all day long and reply to text messages with "Friends Memes". Right when Ryan and I got engaged, she was beyond excited for us. She was even sweet enough to photograph our amazing engagement photos. Chloe has one of the biggest hearts I know. Chloe is the ultimate friend who will always be there for you, and I am beyond excited that she get's to be there for me on my wedding day!

Chris Hauber

Groomsmen and Brother of the Bride

As I like to call him, "Topher." Luckily for me, Chris and I have a ton in common, with the most being that we both play way too much golf. The first night I met Chris and his fantastic wife, Emily, we ended the night in the basement drinking whiskey and playing Euchre. After that I was so relieved because I knew Ally had a cool brother. Over this past year in particular Chris has become a big part of my life because he helped me get a job where we both now work, at Zenith Home Loans. Chris is always checking on Alexandra and I making sure we're doing great and he truly has become the bigger brother I never had. Goofy is an understatement for Chris as you'll always get a laugh when you're with him. I am honored to be marrying his sister and have him officially becoming my brother-in-law.
