Will encourage 6’ distancing between all vendors, employees, hosts and attendees. Room Diagrams showing appropriate distancing will be submitted to management before each event. Floor graphics spaced 6’ apart will be provided at each bar area. Staggered arrival and departure times will be adhered to, to avoid crowding at entrances. Signage reminding vendors, employees, hosts and attendees to practice social distancing will be placed throughout the property. Restrooms will be monitored, only allowing 2 patrons in at a time. Will use directional signage to establish single-direction traffic flow in and out of venues. Will communicate to all caterers that “self-serve” stations or buffets are not allowed. Will disinfect all common touch points (doors, stairwell handles, light switches, etc.) with CDC approved cleaners throughout the event. Will provide thorough, professional cleaning, using CDC approved cleaners after each event.
Has installed touchless and hand sanitizing stations throughout all our event spaces. Will ensure ventilation is in-line with OSHA guidance. Windows, doors, and large overhead doors will remain open for events weather permitting. Will encourage catering partners to use plexiglass barriers where appropriate. Will allow dancing in “family pods” of no more than 10 people, with 6’ distancing between pods. Will temperature check and require masks for all employees. Masks are required for vendors and attendees unless doing so would inhibit the individual’s health or is not age appropriate, in which case reasonable accommodations should be pursued to maintain the safety and health of all parties. Masks are required in all indoor spaces except while individuals are eating or drinking. Masks are only required in outdoor spaces where six feet social distancing cannot be maintained.
