Flight
Guests traveling by air can fly into either of New York City's major airports. John F. Kennedy (JFK) Airport and LaGuardia (LGA) Airport are both approximately 40 minutes to the venue by car, or an hour and a half by train. Both airports have plenty of rental car options - from the airport, you can take JFK's AirTrain to rental car companies located in Federal Station. Uber or Lyft are readily available for those wishing not to rent a car. For travel within NYC, a yellow cab is recommended from the airport's taxi stands, but if you are heading straight to the venue, you will need to rent or Uber. Train: the Long Island Railroad (LIRR) Jamaica Station is easily accessible by the AirTrain as well - see below for more information about taking the LIRR.
Flight
LGA offers shuttles to various rental car companies around the airport. If taking the LIRR: LGA does not have an AirTrain, so we recommend taking a yellow cab from the airport to Woodside Station if you wish to take the train. If you wish to spend a couple extra days exploring NYC, LaGuardia is more centrally located - only a 20 minute cab ride to/from Manhattan. Head to the airport's taxi stand to get a yellow cab into the city. Do not accept rides from drivers offering cabs outside of the licensed taxi stand (they will rip you off). Otherwise, if heading straight to the venue by car, you will need to get an Uber if not renting.
Train
With a LIRR station in Glen Cove, the LIRR is a great commuter train for those looking for a more economical option. Upon arriving in Glen Cove, guests would need to take an Uber or Lyft from the train station to the venue. View train schedules and fares at the website linked below. You can purchase tickets using ticketing machines located in every station. Map out your travel using Google Maps, pay attention to transfers and don't hesitate to ask train attendants any questions once you're on the train.
