In light of COVID-19, we wanted to let you know a few things in regards to our wedding. After almost daily discussion with our friends and family, venue, and guidance from government officials we have decided to move forward with our wedding.
Our wish is that each guest make the decision to attend based on their own circumstances, health, and comfort level.
We know it has been a trying time for just about everyone. We hope that this day can add some fun, joy and love to 2020, and most importantly we hope to do it safely!
Here are some extra steps we are taking to help guests stay happy and healthy;
• Our venue is working with health officials in KY to follow CDC guidelines. Tables and chairs will be spaced out, staff will be wiping down common surfaces hourly.
• Our ceremony will be outside and indoor reception space will be at 25% capacity.
• All food and drinks will be served to guests by event staff. Servers will be wearing masks.
• Masks and sanitizer will be available.
Question
I would prefer to have a server come to my table instead of going to the bar or buffet.
