Yes! ALL guests must use provided transportation. Shuttles will pick up guests from the Best Western Dry Creek Inn - all shuttles will be leaving at 3:00pm sharp - please arrive by 2:45pm. Shuttles will not be making multiple trips before ceremony. Shuttles will bring all guests back to Best Western Dry Creek Inn after the wedding.
NO! Our venue is a private estate which has a very strict policy about vehicles on their property, no guests will be allowed to park at the venue for the wedding.
We love our wedding venue, but it has strict capacity limitations. Accordingly, we've had to make very difficult decisions regarding our invitation list, so please understand that we'll only be able to accommodate those who are listed on your invitation. This also applies to children/babies, since every individual counts against our capacity limit. We want you to enjoy the day as much as us. Thank you for your understanding!
The dress code is semi-formal. Please no jeans or sneakers.
The ceremony, cocktail hour + dinner will be outside, there will be plenty of shaded areas. The barn will be open during cocktail hour as well. All dancing will take place inside the beautiful barn, which has AC.
