The road to get there is a mountain road and is NOT paved. This road has multiple switchbacks. We will be offering a shuttle service that will run from a parking area at the bottom of the mountain marked with signs and balloons to the top of the mountain. If you are uncomfortable on a winding mountain road or plan to be drinking we encourage you to use the shuttle. This road is a 2 drink maximum!!! For those who did not sign up for shuttle service please proceed to the Hastings residence for parking on the top of the mountain! There will be a shuttle approximately every 30 minutes. The ceremony is at 7:00 so please plan accordingly. The shuttle will start at 4:30 P.M. and make its final trip up at 6:00 P.M. After the reception, the shuttle will make its final trip down the mountain at 12:00 A.M. (Not everyone can ride in the final shuttle). We can accommodate 6 people per shuttle. We ask that you please tip our wonderful shuttle drivers for their assistance in safe travels. Guests will be in charge of getting from the parking area to their lodging accommodations (uber, or sober driver).
Yes! The ceremony and reception are all within walking distance! This is Madeline’s parents property so if you are camping you are a short walk away from the ceremony and reception!
