Shuttle Bus

We ask that if you RSVP for the shuttle service you please attend.
The road to get there is a mountain road and is NOT paved. This road has multiple switchbacks. We will be offering a shuttle service that will run from a parking area at the start of the road to the top of the mountain. Please look for signs and balloons for Peking are for those USING shuttle service. If you are uncomfortable on a winding mountain road or plan to be drinking we encourage you to use the service. This road is a 2 drink maximum!!! There will be a shuttle approximately every 30 minutes. The ceremony is at 7:00 so please plan accordingly. The shuttle will start at 4:30 P.M. and make its final trip up at 6:00 P.M. After the reception, the shuttle will make its final trip down the mountain at 12:00 A.M. (Not everyone can ride in the final shuttle). We can accommodate 5 people per shuttle. Guests will be in charge of getting from the parking area to their lodging accommodations (uber, or sober driver).
Camping on the Hastings Property

The Wedding Party will be camping the night of the wedding! You are allowed to camp at the Hastings residence during your entire stay! Please RSVP the dates you will be camping, how many people and weather you will be brining a camper or tent! Please remember if you are bringing a camper that the road has many switch backs and may not only be difficult to navigate but also difficult on vehicles. You may use the Hastings residence for facilities. Please provide you're own food and beverages throughout your stay! No pets allowed please and thank you! If you are camping NO FOOD at campsite as we have 8 BEARS on the mountain currently.
