Crested Butte Mountain Resort has a Bike park which is pretty fun if your into downhill mountain biking, they also offer scenic rides on the chairlift. The peak hike from the top of the silver queen lift is about an hour and a half round trip and has amazing views. The top of Mt. CB is 12,162 ft.
Big Al's rents Mountain bikes. They are a great way to cruise around town or to rip some trails if you want. Some easy trails are: Lower loop, Snodgrass, Lupine. Some Moderates are: Strand Hill, Baxter Gulch, 401 Some Hard Trails are: Teocalli ridge, Doctor park, Green lake trail The Mountain bike project app is a great resource for biking around here, really anywhere. Hasley and I got engaged at the river crossing after the Strawberry trail's downhill!
