How do I book one of the cabins found on the venue site?

Answer

Guest who wish to stay in the cabins on the venue site must call the number below to reserve the cabin. ALL WEDDING GUESTS MUST CALL THEY CANNOT BOOK ONLINE Please reference the Haskell/Buxton wedding and the weekend of June 19th when booking. 1 (830) 997-2185

Do guest have to stay in the cabins on-site?

Answer

Nope! We have cabins reserved for guest but it is not required to stay in the cabins. Feel free to look at the adorable bed and breakfast found in town!

Are you registered?

Answer

We are NOT registered for gifts. Please note that your love and support is all we ask for on our special day. However, if you do wish to celebrate with a gift to the bride and groom to be, We have more than enough material things and have decided to opt out of registering for wedding gifts. So, instead of a traditional wedding registry, we have decided to establish a honeymoon fund, which you can find on our registry page.

Is there a dress code?

The dress code for the wedding will be semi-formal/dressy casual.

Can I bring a date?

To make sure there is enough seating and food at the reception we asked that you “okay” any unscheduled guest with the bride or groom.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

For those staying in a cabin on-site the ceremony will be held on the grounds and you will not need any transportation to the ceremony or reception. For those who wish to stay in the town of Fredericksburg and commute, you are responsible for their own transportation to the Lodge!

Are pets allowed to stay in the cabins?

Answer

Pets are allowed SMALL PETS: Pets under 30lbs are $15.00/pet - one time fee. LARGE PETS: Pets over 30lbs are $15.00/pet per night of your stay. Please see https://www.mycountryinn.com for full pet policy disclosure.
