Why are we suggesting you visit a cemetery? The answer is simple. Everyone should visit Arlington National Cemetery at some point in their lives. It's a memorial to people of national importance, including presidents, Supreme Court justices, and countless military heroes. Pro Tip: Wear comfortable shoes because you'll be doing a lot of walking. I also suggest paying to ride the tour bus because it's more efficient and shows you all the things you'll want to see. Do not leave without catching the changing of the guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.
