Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving 15-30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony so you are able to park and get seated on time.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All three of the events will be outdoors unless weather prohibits this. There will be a barn that we will move events to if need be. Plan to be outdoors for the majority of the time!

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! You will not have to travel to another location for the reception.

What will the timeline look like?

Answer

Music will begin at 4:00pm. Ceremony will be from 4:30-5:00pm with the cocktail hour beginning immediately after from 5:00-6:00pm. The reception will begin at 6:00pm. Last call for alcohol and music will end at midnight. There will be shuttles leaving at several different times throughout the night. The final shuttle will leave at 1:00am to return to hotels.

Will transportation be provided for the wedding?

Answer

Yes. There will be a shuttle service provided to and from the hotels and venue. The hotels are located less than 10 minutes from the venue. More details to come!

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available, as well as a golf cart for shuttling guests from the parking lot to the ceremony.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Due to limited space and seating at our venue, we are only able to invite a select number of children. We kindly ask that you do not bring your children unless their name is on the invitation. If you are traveling and having difficulty finding a babysitter, please reach out to us, as we are working on finding babysitters and will help you make accommodations!

What type of food will be served during cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

Mission BBQ will be catering our event. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know beforehand!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar at the start of cocktail hour and final call will be 12:00am.

Have you booked hotel blocks for guests?

Answer

There are hotel blocks at two hotels, both less than 10 minutes from the venue. Please go to the travel page of our website for more details on each hotel.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask you do not have cell phones out during our ceremony. Please feel free to take many pictures before or after the ceremony!

What is the best way to RSVP and when are they due?

Answer

We will be doing RSVPs online and you will receive this information in your invitation. RSVP deadline is TBD at the moment but will be available soon.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

We are registered at Amazon, Target, and Crate and Barrel. Please visit the registry page on our website for more details!

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Answer

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.
