Question

When do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than Friday, September 12. After that point, we will be unable to accommodate your presence on our big day. We truly hope everyone can make it! To RSVP, toggle over to the RSVP tab on this website and type in the name of a member of your invited party. While RSVPing, you'll also be able to request an allergen-friendly meal or let us know about any food allergies.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We ask that our wedding guests dress in cocktail attire. For women, think cocktail dresses (knee-length, tea-length, or midi) or dressy separates. For men, think a suit and tie or dress pants and a blazer.

Question

What is the weather like in Healdsburg in October?

Answer

October in wine country is typically beautiful. At the end of October, the highs are usually between the high 60s and low 70s. The lows, especially in the evening, are typically between 50-60 degrees. While we anticipate the ceremony and cocktail hour being warm, temperatures will surely dip as the day wears off. We recommend a shawl or pashmina for women and a suit jacket for men. Most of our wedding will be outdoors with dancing in the barn. Please plan accordingly.

Question

How do I get to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are at ru's Farm (address: 670 Bailhache Ave, Healdsburg, CA 95448). If you are staying at one of our hotel block properties — Dry Creek Inn or Hotel Trio — a shuttle will be available to and from the wedding. ru's Farm has a sizeable parking lot available for those who wish to drive themselves to and from the festivities. You can also leave your car overnight at ru's if needed. We always recommend Uber and Lyft as a safe way to get home. However, rideshares can be finicky in Healdsburg. Please plan ahead to avoid waiting long periods for your ride.

Question

Can I have a plus one?

Answer

Your personal wedding invitation will list all of the guests included in our count. Please do not bring someone who is not listed on your invitation. There will be plenty of people to mingle with; we promise!

Question

Can I bring my children to the wedding?

Answer

We are a kid-free wedding. We hope you can use our wedding as a chance for a date night!

Question

Can I take pictures with my phone?

Answer

We kindly ask that our ceremony be strictly phone-free. Our photographer is phenomenal, and she'll make sure to get all of the shots and angles. Feel free to use your phone for pictures during cocktail hour and the reception. We'll also have a photobooth on-site during these times!
