It was the warm night of September 16, 2011 on the rooftop of Hotel Hayarkon 48 in Tel Aviv. Sarah was working as a medical intern in Israel and Aran was globe-trotting destinations near and far much of the year. Though official record has been lost, 2 scholars (both named Jenna and both just so-happen roommates of Sarah) maintain they invited Aran to join a communal table and he ended up sitting on a pillow across from true beauty. The group ventured out with Aran as an "expert" (truly novice) tour guide to explore Tel Aviv by night. Everyone thought he wanted food when he stopped into "Deli" sandwich shop, but with a nod to the man by the back wall adorned with pictures, a secret lounge was uncovered for the hungry hearted young troupe. Returning to the Hayarkon 48 balcony Sarah and Aran sat up together until dawn, finally kissing for the first time at sunrise -- forever carving an indelible place in each other's heart.

We met while traveling abroad and love to explore new places together! We've traveled to 10 different countries together and 35+ between the two of us. The proposal also happened abroad during a trip to Belize, and after we visited Jakes together this Spring we knew this was the place we wanted to celebrate our love with all of our closest family and friends!
