Please email reservations@hotelesencia.com to book under the Poe/Callahan Wedding block rates. There are multiple tiers of rooms, so we suggest booking your rooms as soon possible to ensure you get the room you prefer. All rooms are villa style located throughout the gardens of the property. Please note that Hotel Esencia is located approximately 30 minutes outside of Tulum. For easy transport to/from Cancun Int'l Airport and Hotel Esencia, we suggest the following options. The drive is approximately 50 minutes. 1. We have a negotiated rate with Travel Yucutan for wedding guests. To book email Fany, fany@travelyucatan.com or 786.600.1445, and advise you are booking for our wedding. You will be greeted at the airport exit. The cost is $69 per van, each way (cost per van does not increase with more guests, maximum of 9 guests). If you are open to allowing other wedding guests in your van that may be arriving at the same time, please let him know. 2. For a private SUV service, we suggest booking through Tucan Kin online at www.tucankin.com. You will be greeted at the airport for immediate pick-up. When you book online, type "Esencia Hotel Xpu Ha" to pull up Hotel Esencia. The price is $90 each way.
