JFK / LGA

JFK and LGA are the best options to fly into. If you are staying near the venue in Williamsburg or Greenpoint, LGA is the closest option, but both are accessible by car, and JFK is also accessible by subway via the E, J, Z or A train.

If you prefer a hotel option, we have booked 2 hotel blocks in Manhattan that are a bit further away from the venue, but cost less per night. Please see their individual sections on this page. If you would prefer to stay closer to the venue, please click "view" here for discounted rates for other hotels in the area. For more budget friendly options for the adventurous travelers, we recommend The Bogart Hotel or NY Moore Hostel.

Rooms here are $145 for either 1 king bed or 2 double beds. It's about 5 miles from the venue, accessible either via a 30 min cab ride, or by taking the 2/3 train to the L. **Rooms must be booked by September 08 to get this rate

Holiday Inn Nyc - Lower East Side, an IHG Hotel

Rooms here are 219 for 1 king bed or 239 for 2 double beds. It's about 3 miles from the venue, accessible either via a 15 min cab ride, or by taking the F/M train to the L.
