What time should I arrive to the venue on June 21?

Answer

Please arrive to Calvary Church by 2:45pm to catch the shuttle. We plan to start the ceremony promptly at 4pm.

~ PARKING WILL BE OFF SITE ~ Park at CALVARY CHAPEL: 3821 French Rd Clinton WA 98236 Note: this is the church at the top of the hill, 0.5 miles west of Cultus Bay Rd Be sure to arrive for the shuttle between 2:45 & 3pm to ensure you make it to the 4-o-clock ceremony on time. The first shuttle will leave Calvary Chapel at 2:45pm. We'll have live music, drinks and nibbles waiting for you when you arrive at the venue!

What to wear to the wedding?

Answer

Our dress code is casual chic! The bridal party will be wearing green. Note: Weather on Whidbey can vary this time of year, dramatically. It may be 70 degrees and sunny or it may be pouring down rain. Regardless we suggest you bring layers and rain gear just in case, and a great attitude! Definitely no high heels! They will not fare well on the grass lawn.

Is it okay to take photos with our phones during the wedding?

Answer

We request you keep your cell phones and cameras out of sight for the entirety of the ceremony. We do not want your phones in our photographer's wedding photos, please. Plenty of pictures will capture the ceremony. Save your cameras for other pieces of the day.
