Our ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM.

Where is the wedding ceremony and reception?
Answer
The ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception are all located at the Deerpark Venue on the Biltmore Estate. This venue is accessible by car or the provided trolley service and is an 11 minute drive from the estate entrance.
Question
How do we access the Biltmore Estate on the day of the wedding?
Answer
We will have a trolley service traveling between the estate and our room blocks in both downtown Asheville and the Biltmore Village. If you do not wish to use this service, you will need to mention the Patchen-Harris wedding at the Admissions Gate and the attendant will direct you towards the Deerpark venue. There is free parking at the venue.

Can I walk to Deerpark from other parts of the estate, such as the hotel or mansion?
Answer
No. You will need to utilize the provided trolley or your car to access the Deerpark venue.
