St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL) Lambert airport is the easiest and closest to navigate from the venue/hotel. Free shuttle service is provided by all rental car companies to off-airport facilities, including Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Hertz, and others. Please visit the airport website for more information about rental car options. For guests that are flying in that do not want a rental car, the hotel we have chosen is about a 15-minute ride from the airport - Uber and Lyft are available in the area.

636-669-2500 Tru by Hilton Dates : April 11-April 13 We have created a block at this hotel for out-of-town guests, as well as those that would like to have a close stop after the event. The hotel does have free parking and complimentary breakfast in the mornings. It is about a 20-minute commute from the venue - however, we will be providing a shuttle bus both to and from the venue for guests that would like to drink without worrying about their vehicles. You can use the link below to book or you can call the hotel directly. Please use our code "Harrison Renewal" or "902" when reserving a room. If calling to book, you will need to mention the code over the phone. The group code for our hotel block will be available until March 11, or until the rooms are booked. Both single King and double Queen bed rooms are available. We encourage guests to reserve their room sooner rather than later to ensure they have a spot in the block.

We will be providing a shuttle to and from the hotel. The bus will leave promptly at 2pm from the parking lot of the Tru by Hilton (information under the "hotel" section of this page), and will be leaving the venue to drop guests back off at the hotel at 11pm. The seating is limited to 30 people on the shuttle. If you are planning on using the shuttle, please "check" the box when RSVP-ing. The option will remain open until the seats are filled.
