Is there parking for the welcome party?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot next to Lampo/Bar Baleno with parking and even the signs designated 'employee parking' can be used. Ubers are also available and the bar is walking distance to some hotels.

Will there be food at the Welcome Party?

Answer

Yes, food and drinks will be served at the Welcome Party on Friday night.

Is there a dress code for the Reception?

Answer

Our dress code is Dressy Casual, please wear what you feel comfortable in but as a suggestion men can wear dress pants and a button up (no tie necessary!) and woman can wear a dress of any length.

Is there parking for the reception?

There is limited street parking at our venue and it is a short 1.5 miles from our downtown hotel blocks, please plan to Uber/Lyft or reach out to Michael/Rachel with additional questions!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, in our RSVPs there will be section for any food allergies/dietary restrictions. The venue we selected has lots of knowledge on safe food handling and will do their best to accomodate.

Our venue is mostly indoor with the opportunity to stand outside on the porch, weather permitting.

We have decided to have a private ceremony and celebrate with you all at our reception in the evening!
