- If you are staying at the Walper Hotel, check in time is 3pm. Given our ceremony is at 4pm, please arrive at the hotel already dressed and ready to go! - We will have a shuttle bus leave the Walper Hotel to the wedding venue (Puddicombe House) at 2:15pm and the second shuttle leaving at 3:15pm. - You can leave your bags at the front desk and collect them when you return to the hotel, after the wedding, and check in to your room. - There will be two shuttle options leaving the wedding to the Walper Hotel. The first leaves at 11pm and the second leaves at 12:45am.
Hotel
There are many other hotels, inns, and Airbnbs in the Waterloo/Kitchener area. The Shakespeare Inn is one of the closest to the venue. If you choose one of these options, we will need to coordinate your own travel. There are taxis (Waterloo Taxi @ 519-888-7777 and City Cab @ 519-747-7777) and Ubers in the area to get to and from the venue.
