Is there a dress code?

Cocktail attire is requested. The ceremony and reception will be indoors while the cocktail hour will be outdoors (weather permitting).

Can I bring a date?

Answer

As long as your invitation says “and guest,” of course! Otherwise, we request that you only bring the people listed on the invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

No, this will be an adults-only celebration. We request that only the people on the invitation attend our celebration.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony is at Meredith College Jones Chapel. There is a parking lot by the fountain on the left at the end of the main drive (second exit at roundabout). There is a second parking lot at the Alumnae House by taking the third exit at the roundabout and taking the first right. Please do NOT park on the main drive in front of Jones Chapel! The reception will be about a 20 minute drive from the ceremony location at Chatham Station in downtown Cary. Once I get to Meredith College, how do I get to Jones Chapel?

Answer

From the main entrance of Meredith College at 3800 Hillsborough St., you will pass the security gate. At the roundabout, you will take the second exit to pass Jones Chapel and get to the parking lot by the fountain. The other parking lot can be found at the third exit of the roundabout and take the first right into the Alumnae House parking lot.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 5:00 pm. We suggest that you arrive about 15 minutes before the ceremony begins to park and find your seat!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please contact Emily or Harrison by May 11, 2022 if you have a severe food allergy. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. After this date, we cannot guarantee that special requests can be honored.
