What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding dress code is formal. This means a long evening gown or suits and ties/bowties are appropriate. We kindly ask that only fathers of the bride and groom wear tuxedos.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:30pm. Please arrive no later than 20 minutes before the ceremony to get settled. We are so excited to see you there!

Are children welcome?

Answer

To allow all guests to relax and fully enjoy the evening's festivities, we respectfully request that our wedding only be attended by guests ages 12 and older. We hope parents and caregivers will take this opportunity for a well-deserved date night. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating together!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors, in the climate-controlled conservatory. Cocktail hour will be held outdoors under the covered patio. Since the event is taking place in November, you may want to bring a wrap or light jacket for the cocktail hour.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There will be limited parking available at Edinburgh West. We encourage you to carpool or use a ridesharing service, especially if you plan to partake in alcohol during the event.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the ceremony. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy! Feel free to take as many photos as you would like after the ceremony is over. Thank you in advance!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event.
