Flight
We recommend guests to fly into and out of Denver International Airport (DEN). For those not familiar with DEN airport, it is typically anywhere from a 30 to 60 minute drive (depending on traffic) or a 30-40 minute train ride to and from the Denver metro area.
Travel Note
Guests traveling to and from the airport can rent a car, use rideshare services like Uber or Lyft, or take the train to downtown Denver. Uber and Lyft typically cost between $40–$80 one-way, with drive times between the airport and downtown Denver ranging from 30 to 60 minutes depending on traffic and time of day. The train is a convenient and affordable option at $10 per person one-way, with a 30–40 minute ride. It departs directly from the airport and stops at 38th & Blake Station (a 10-minute walk or 5-minute Uber to the hotel blocks) as well as Union Station in downtown Denver. We've reserved a room block at Vib Hotel by Best Western Denver RiNo, available for check-in starting Thursday, September 18th and check-out by Monday, September 22nd. The deadline for booking within our hotel block has now passed, however, you may still book this hotel at their regular rate through their website. **Please note our shuttles to and from the wedding/reception will pick up and drop off at this hotel.**

Located right across the street from the Vib, we've also reserved a room block at Cambria Hotel, available for check-in starting Thursday, September 18th and check-out by Tuesday, September 23rd. The deadline for booking within our hotel block has now passed, however, you may still book this hotel at their regular rate through their website. **Please note the shuttles will NOT pick up and drop off at this hotel. The shuttles will pick up and drop off at Vib Hotel by Best Western Denver RiNo, which is just a 1 minute walk across the street from the Cambria.**
Travel Note
We're providing shuttles on Sunday, September 21st to transport guests between Denver and the wedding/reception in Lyons (about a 1-hour ride). Pickup and drop-off will be at Vib Hotel by Best Western Denver RiNo, where we have a room block. Shuttles will start loading at 2 PM and depart promptly at 2:30 PM, with return service after the reception. If you're staying at our other room block, Cambria Hotel Denver Downtown RiNo, it's a quick walk across the street to the shuttle. While staying in our room blocks is convenient, guests are welcome to stay anywhere (another hotel, airbnb, etc.). If you're not staying in one of the hotels, you’re more than welcome to use the shuttles—just plan to get to/from Vib Hotel for pick-up and drop-off.
