We have set up room blocks at both the Vib Hotel by Best Western Denver RiNo (where our shuttles will pick up and drop off) and the Cambria Hotel Denver Downtown RiNo, these hotels are across the street from one another. These are both great hotels and are convenient considering it's where our shuttles will pick up and drop off, however, guests are free to stay wherever they'd like. Our dress code is Semi-Formal. For women, this might mean a cocktail or midi dress, a stylish jumpsuit, or dressy separates. Men can opt for a suit or dress slacks paired with a blazer. Ties are optional, but always a nice touch. We also recommend comfortable but polished footwear, especially if you plan to join us on the dance floor!
September in Lyons, CO brings the start of fall and usually very beautiful and sunny weather! You can expect mild and pleasant temperatures during the day, typically around the mid-70s. Evenings can get cooler, often dropping to the 40s or 50s, so you may choose to bring a light jacket or wrap. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside in the late afternoon, while the reception that follows will be indoors. Since Colorado weather can be very unpredictable, it’s a good idea to check the forecast closer to the date and be prepared for cooler or warmer temperatures than average.
Yes, we have arranged shuttles that will be available to transport our guests to and from the wedding and reception. The shuttles will pick up at Vib Hotel by Best Western Denver RiNo. Shuttles will begin loading at 2pm and will depart for the wedding promptly at 2:30pm. Shuttles will return back to Denver after our reception concludes at 10pm. All of our guests are welcome to utilize the shuttle, regardless of whether or not you're staying at this hotel.
Formal invitations will be sent out in mid-2025. The invitations will indicate our RSVP deadline and we will add that date here as soon as we've confirmed it.
Yes, we want to ensure everyone has a wonderful meal! Once you receive your invitation, you'll be able to submit any food allergies or dietary restrictions through the RSVP page. Our caterer will be sure to provide options that accommodate your needs.
Yes, if you choose to drive to the ceremony/reception, the venue does have a parking lot you may park in.
