Ceremony Rehearsal

The bridal party along with the parents of the bride and groom will rehearse the ceremony at Sunset Point.
Welcome Event/ Rehearsal Dinner

Dressy Casual - nice but comfortable—think sundresses, button-downs, and polished flats or short heels.
We want to have a fun get together to welcome all our guests from out of town. We hope it gives you all the chance to mingle and get to know each other before the big day. This will be a buffet style dinner with a short hor d’ourves service from 6-6:30pm. Dinner will be served at different stations in a buffet style manner. Eat as you want! The food will stop being served at 8pm, however, so if you want food, please come before 7:30. We will not be providing transportation from the hotel. Please share Ubers or rides with each other. The restaurant is about 30 minutes from the hotel. Please RSVP if you think you’ll be able to make it so we can have a proper head count. Thank you!

Wedding Ceremony and Reception/Dinner

Attire: Spring Desert Chic - Think elevated and elegant spring style. Dressy but not black tie. Breezy dresses, jumpsuits, dress shirts, and relaxed suits are perfect. We'll be outdoors in Tucson, so choose shoes and fabrics that keep you comfortable in warm weather. For the ladies, block heels and platforms will be best for the dirt and gravel ground.
We will provide some lite bite hors d'oeuvres and cocktails after the ceremony during the reception with a dinner to follow. Please bring your dancing shoes because we are sure to dance the night away! Also, the ceremony and reception will be outside so we suggest bringing a light jacket or shawl in case of cooler night weather. Also, we love children but want all our friends and family to be able to let their hair down and enjoy themselves at our adult only wedding. We kindly ask to leave the kiddos behind, please and thank you! Please RSVP on our website by February 15, 2026.
