We have three different menu options. Please initial your selection on your RSVP card! -Braised Short Rib served with Parmesan Herbed Risotto, Roasted Patty Pain Squash & Natural Jus -Pan Seared Florida Grouper served with Jasmine Rice Pilaf, Steamed Asparagus, Mango-Red Pepper Salsa & Lemon Cilantro Beurre Blanc -Roasted Chicken Breast served with Potato Gnocchi, Artichoke Hearts, Roma Tomato, Capers, Grilled Zucchini, Ricotta Cheese and Lemon Chardonnay Butter
