We kindly request that our wedding celebration be an adults-only event, with guests over the age of 11. While we absolutely adore the little ones in our lives, we hope to give our guests a chance to relax and enjoy a child-free evening. Additionally, we ask that only those listed on the invitation join us, as we’ve planned an intimate celebration with our closest family and friends. Thank you for your understanding—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
During the ceremony, we kindly ask you to join us in an unplugged experience. Please turn off all electronic devices and refrain from taking any photos or videos. If turning off your phone isn’t possible, kindly ensure all sounds are silenced. We have an amazing photographer capturing every special moment, and the photos will be available for you to enjoy afterward! Feel free to snap pictures and take videos during the reception—we encourage it! Don’t forget to use our wedding hashtag, #BootheFor2, when sharing your memories on social media.
Unfortunately, due to space limitations, we simply can’t afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Therefore, we regretfully ask our guests not to bring a plus one unless they are specifically named on the invitation or RSVP tab on the website. Thank you so much for understanding!
We’re excited to have you dress up and celebrate with us in style! We kindly ask our guests to follow a semi-formal dress code—cocktail-length dresses or dressy separates for women, and suits and ties for men. Please note that the venue does not permit blue jeans or sneakers. To ensure the bride stands out on her special day, we respectfully ask that no one wears white, ivory, cream, or beige. Thank you for helping make our day even more beautiful!
Pinecroft has a parking lot conveniently attached to the estate, so it’s just a short walk to the venue. There will be plenty of parking for all guests. Please note, however, that we have 12 reserved parking spots for guests of our choosing. If you were not informed to park in one of these spots, we kindly ask that you leave them available for those who need them. Additionally, there are two ADA-accessible spots up front for those who require closer access. If you anticipate needing special parking accommodations, please reach out to the bride or groom, and we’ll be happy to assist!
We kindly request that all guests submit their RSVPs by Monday, September 1st, 2025. If we do not receive your response by this date, we will have to assume you’re unable to attend and will mark your RSVP as a 'no.' Thank you for understanding!

Pinecroft is one of the few venues in the Midwest that offers tableside service for events. During our wedding reception, guests will have the opportunity to choose from a variety of plated meal options, all served directly to your table—no need to lift a finger! On the night of the wedding, you'll be able to select your preferred meal choice, and it will be brought to you. There will be options to accommodate various dietary preferences and restrictions. To help us plan, please indicate any allergies, restrictions, or sensitivities on your RSVP.
Absolutely! We truly love opening physical gifts and are so grateful for your generosity. While many registry items can be shipped directly to us or to your own home, you are more than welcome to bring a wrapped gift or card to the wedding or bridal shower if that’s your preference. There will be a designated area at the wedding for gifts, and all cards will be placed in a locked box for safekeeping. Your presence means the world to us, and we appreciate whatever way you choose to celebrate with us!
