Sebastopol is located in the heart of the Russian River Valley wine region of Sonoma County. There are tons of wineries in the surrounding areas that offer a great selection for those looking to book some tastings while in town. It's pretty centrally located, so you can enjoy activities ranging from walking along the beaches on the Pacific Coast, to visiting Redwood forests, to rafting or fishing in the Russian River, to booking a hot air balloon ride, and of course there's tons of golfing and shopping, too. Healdsburg is a super cute town just about 20-30 minutes away from Sebastopol that has plenty of shops and restaurants as well as wine tasting rooms where you can book tastings. Best of all, it's completely walkable!

If you have a hankering for Mexican food with a twist, we highly recommend checking out this restaurant! Just a 5-minute walk from Fairfield Inn and Suites, Handline has a great outdoor eating area with a delicious menu. Parking can be tricky so we recommend walking or taking an Uber if possible!
