Tuesday is all about relaxing and enjoying Italy your way. Sleep in, grab a coffee, and head into the town of Lucca whenever you’re ready. Spend the day exploring the charming streets, shopping, sightseeing, enjoying long lunches, or simply wandering and taking it all in. There’s no set schedule — just a chance to soak up the town and enjoy time together before the wedding festivities continue.

Join us for a breathtaking day on the water in Cinque Terre! We’ll take a scenic train ride from Lucca (about 1.5 hours) before setting out to explore the coastline by boat. Guests who wish to join will contribute to the boat rental (around $180 USD per person, lunch and drinks included), and all are welcome to spend the day however they’d like - whether relaxing locally or adventuring with us along the Italian Riviera.

As our week in Italy comes to a close, we’ll gather for a special evening to celebrate the night before we say “I do.” Carson and Harper will be taking the afternoon to relax and soak in some quiet time before the festivities, and we encourage everyone to enjoy the day at their own pace—whether that means exploring, resting, or adventuring. Then, join us for a relaxed and memorable dinner filled with laughter, stories, and heartfelt toasts as we soak in the night together before the wedding day. We plan to have transportation arranged for the group - heading in to town at 6:30 PM for our 7:30 PM dinner.

Our celebration will take place in the backyard of an Italian villa in summer. Women: Please wear a long dress in light pink or light green. Kindly avoid bright colors or bold patterns. Men: Linen and lightweight fabrics are encouraged. Long linen pants with a short- or long-sleeve shirt are perfect. No tie needed, but if worn, please keep it neutral and not bright.
Our final evening at the villa will be the most special of all - the night we say “I do.” Join us for our wedding ceremony and celebration as we toast to love, friendship, and an unforgettable week together in Italy. This will be our last night at the villa before everyone departs the following day, making it the perfect ending to a truly magical week.
