Our travel agent wedding planner's name is Lynda Edwards. Note: Please only book your accommodations through the destination weddings website (linked below) to get group discounted pricing and to make sure you are booked near the rest of the wedding guests. How to Book Your Room for Our Wedding instructions: You can book your room at the resort where the wedding will be held by following the steps below: Click the link below to go to www.destinationweddings.com Click “Find a Wedding” and enter the bride or groom’s name 'Durant' along with the wedding passcode: Wedding Passcode: BABYBLUE Create an account. Enter your email address and create your own passcode to re-enter the site You will be redirected to the Travel Details page for the wedding Read through the entire page, then return to the top to select the number of nights from the drop-down menu Use the calendar to select your departure date(Be sure to change the date if the default is not the date you want) Begin filling out the reservation form. Check the insurance box if you would like travel protection insurance Enter the legal names of all additional travelers sharing your room. Use the comments section for any special requests (ex: king bed or two double beds). Then submit your room reservation Proceed to the next step and complete the credit card form Important: You have until Saturday, March 21st, 2026, to make a $100 deposit per room, which is required to secure your room. After your initial deposit, you can make a payment arrangement (see details below) or you can wait and make one full and final payment due by May 13, 2027. (Due dates are different for guest that purchase a Travel Protection Plan)

Destination Weddings offers an interest-free Easy Payment Plan. To enroll, request an authorization form from our Lynda Edwards, our travel agent wedding planner. Just click on 'Contact your Specialist' once you have signed into the link below. Then complete it and return it to our specialist. This allows Destination Weddings Travel to debit your credit card for the amount and frequency you choose. Please note: The required $100 deposit must be applied at booking and final payment must be made by the specified due date.

Please Note: You will have to wait until closer to the date of the wedding to find any flight pricing. Closest Airport: We recommend booking your flight to the Sangster International Airport (MBJ). It is the closest airport and is a 45 minute drive to the resort.
