Answer

You will have 30 days, until Saturday, March 21st, to make a $100 down payment to secure your room and RSVP. After your initial deposit, you can make a payment arrangement (see 'Accommodations/Booking' tab for details) or you can wait and make one full and final payment due by May 13, 2027. (Due dates are different for guest that purchase a Travel Protection Plan)

Answer

Yes, the bride would like guest to stay away from wearing really bright colors or white on the wedding day. This will ensure that guests captured in the wedding pictures will have some commonality, and that the pictures will turn out as the bride has envisioned. There is a color swatch under the 'Attire/Theme' tab that will give you an ideal of the kind of muted colors the bride has imagined for her wedding day.

Answer

Yes, kids are welcome. There is an additional charge for each child according to his/her age. Prices are listed on the Destination Wedding link under the 'Accommodations/Booking' tab. Please note: There are adult only pools at the resort. However, there are also plenty of family friendly pools and even a mini kids water park on the resort.

Answer

Yes you can. The resort has a variety of inclusive restaurants and eateries all over the resort that cater to all taste and restrictions. Click the link under 'Things To Do' tab and look for the Resort Restaurant Guide to learn more about the restaurants on the resort. At the wedding reception, we will be having a buffet style dinner. So, if you have a dietary restriction please let us know under the 'RSVP' tab. Once you RSVP you will automatically be asked if you have a dietary restriction. That information will be relayed to the executive chef in charge of our wedding dinner, who will make sure that your dietary restriction is taken into consideration.

Answer

The bride and groom have made arrangements and secured an AC bus to transport wedding guests to ceremony, cocktail, and reception venues. However, Please be prepared to walk or call the front desk for a shuttle at the close of the wedding reception at 11pm on the wedding day. To learn more about wedding day Shuttle Bus pick-up times and locations, be on the lookout for a message with more wedding details closer to the date of the wedding.

Answer

All guests are invited to the Rehearsal Dinner on Friday, June 25th, 2027. The Rehearsal Dinner will be at one of the included restaurants on the resort, the time and location on the resort will be updated soon. The bride and groom are planning group excursions for guest that arrive earlier in the week. The group excursions are still being planned, once the group pricing, transportation, and times have been secured; we will post the information under the 'Group Excursions' tabs.

Answer

Yes, roundtrip shared transportation from/to MBJ airport will be arranged after you make your $100 down payment to reserve your room. You will receive an email asking you to notify our Destination Wedding Specialist of you flight arrangements, so that she can reserve the shared shuttle service for you. If you do not receive that email, please feel free to contact our Wedding Travel Specialist, once your flight has been arranged, to give her your flight details. You can find her contact information under the 'Wedding Details' tab.

Answer

No, the group price only includes the price of your room at the all-inclusive resort. Everything on the resort is free including food, drinks, and many resort activities. If you would like to make arrangements with Destination Weddings to secure your flight and include it in the total price. You will receive an email after you make a deposit to reserve your room, asking if you would like Destination Weddings to secure your flight. Please Note: Flights can only be booked about 6 months in advance. So you will not be able to get flight pricing until closer the the date of the wedding.

Answer

An All-Inclusive Resort offers you a hassle-free way to travel. It’s a chance to have everything you need in one place; meals at resort restaurants, bottomless alcoholic drinks, activities, and entertainment, all wrapped into one upfront price. Your room price includes just about everything on the resort. However, Spa treatments and baby-siting services will incur additional costs.

Closer to the date of the wedding we will send out a wedding details/wedding itinerary to all guest to inform you of all of the final details that you will need to know. Also remember to check this wedding website for updated details closer to the date of the wedding.
