Wedding Dress Code

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! Our dress code is semi-formal attire, tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Our pre-reception gathering will be inside/outside, plan ahead with any layers you may need in the Iowa October weather!

Dietary Restrictions / Allergies

Answer

We want to ensure all our guests enjoy the food we chose for our wedding day, so we are working closely with our caterers to ensure allergens are well labeled on all food items. We are aware of several specific severe dietary restrictions (nut allergies, gluten intolerance, shellfish allergy, and lactose intolerance) and will be doing all we can to either avoid them entirely or set them apart to prevent cross-contamination. If you have any concerns, please reach out to either of us directly ASAP.

The Wedding Bar

The wedding bar is unavoidably a cash-only bar.

Wedding Day Guest Transportation

Answer

There will be one trolley shuttling people to and from the Steeple Square venue on the day of the wedding. There is also a large parking lot at the venue for anyone who would like to drive themselves.
