I can't say enough about Ashley. Best friends since 5th grade, this girl and I have experienced so many things together. We met on the school bus and if you wouldn't believe it, I introduced myself to her first! Now that could shock some people that know us today because I am definitely not the social butterfly between us two LOL. Also, you should ask us about the one time we got kicked off of the bus. Great story! Anyway, there was never a doubt in my mind I'd want her standing by my side on my special day. To top it off, she is the reason there is a wedding. She introduced Russell and I! J'Maiya and I shared homeroom Sophomore year of high school. I was sitting by myself when she told me I could come sit by her. From that day forward, we became friends and then when it was time to graduate, we both went off to Sam Houston State University. Now, I didn't end up staying like she did but let me tell you. Those 2 short years I was there, the experiences we had are unforgettable. We experienced so much, some bad, but mostly good. So glad this girl said yes to being by my side on my special day. When I registered for Esthetics school at San Jacinto, I did not even CONSIDER meeting friends. I really wasn't worried about it and honestly, didn't care to. But somehow, by the grace of God, I chose a seat right behind Sarah. We experienced so much in that short year of school and have remained great friends.
